The First Sketch!

Now that the public consultation for the local development plan is over (as of 5pm 9th Aug 2010) we can only hope that the new phase of regeneration for Southend marks a positive sea change for the built environment in our town over the next 11 years.
In the meantime me and the blokes from Taylor & Harlow Modelmakers have begun making our model of Southend High Street.
